Scott explains the Native Amerian roots of Lacrosse and why the sport is still considered “Medicine” by those who play it today.

Scott and I also talk about the incredible lessons and virtues that playing sports, in particular lacrosse, provides  kids and how it helps them to deal with stress, become more disciplined, and more successful later in life.

Check out Scott’s Youtube Channel “Rat Chat” where he talks about the lessons he’s learned playing lacrosse and how they can help individuals lead a happier and more productive life.
