Judge Jim Gray is our guest today. He was a prosecutor, then a Judge in Orange County California for years, and is best known for running on the Libertarian Presidential ticket as VP in 2012.

His solution is to legalize drugs at the Federal Level and then let the States to decide taxation, distribution and sales, which is the system that was put in place for alcohol after Prohibition ended.
He also mentions Universal Basic Income as a way to help those in need as well as streamline government and save taxpayer dollars.
